Event Details

  • Dates: November 14th – 16th, 2024
  • Location: Washington Heights Baptist Church, 1495 Washington Road, Thomson GA 30824
  • Services: Cavity fillings and tooth extractions for adults without health/dental insurance

Registration Process

  • Phone Interview:
     
    • Call (706) 804-0630 starting at 9AM on Tuesday, Nov. 12th for an over-the-phone interview.
    • If the line is busy, keep trying as voicemails will not be returned.

      *NOTE:  If you want to receive a reminder to call on Nov. 12th, Send us TWO text messages to (706) 804-0630 as follows:  1) Text your first name, and then 2) a text saying "REMIND ME".
       
  • Pre-Screening Appointment:
     
    • If you pass the phone interview, you’ll be scheduled for a pre-screening on Thursday, Nov. 14th between 5-8PM.
    • During this appointment, paperwork will be filled out and a nurse will examine you to confirm eligibility.
       
  • Clinic Appointment:
     
    • If eligible, you’ll be given a time to return on either Friday, Nov. 15th or Saturday, Nov. 16th to see the dentist.
